Step 04: Production Planning & Factory Confirmation

Once the sample is approved, we lock in the production schedule with one of our vetted, compliant partner factories that is best suited for your product type.

Step 05: Cutting & Component Preparation

Fabric is meticulously inspected and cut with precision using master patterns. Any components needing pre-assembly, like printed panels or embroidery, are completed.

Step 06: Assembly & Sewing

This is where your product takes shape. Skilled operators assemble the cut pieces on dedicated production lines, maintaining consistent quality across the entire batch.

Step 07: Finishing & Multi-Point Quality Control

Garments are professionally ironed, cleaned, and finished. Our quality control team conducts rigorous inspections during and after production to catch any imperfections.
